Lead and manage application and database development teams, define strategy, architecture, coding standards, and data governance. Partner with security, operations, and business units to deliver and support software platforms, evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, establish metrics, mentor developers, and ensure documentation, performance optimization, and compliance.

Analyze and monitor auto finance loan portfolio and sales performance; produce forecasts, reports, dashboards and presentations; support sales operations, dealer programs, compliance, and Salesforce/data systems; manage ad hoc projects and recommend strategic and operational improvements.

Manage and process vehicle impound accounts end-to-end per company policies and SLAs. Review accounts, calculate recovery justification, update status, communicate with customers, recovery agents, impound facilities and police, maintain accurate documentation, handle calls and correspondence, assist vendors and other departments, and escalate complex issues to senior staff.

Define and drive strategic direction for private and public cloud infrastructure. Design and implement large-scale cloud, data center, network, storage, and AI solutions. Lead migrations and high-impact projects, enforce security and compliance, optimize performance, produce architecture documentation, and mentor architects and technical staff.

Lead and develop a multi-market sales team to achieve revenue targets. Execute strategic sales initiatives, analyze market and competitor data, build dealer relationships, partner cross-functionally, manage forecasting and budgets, represent the company at events, ensure compliance, and coach team performance to drive growth.

Lead operational health and reliability of enterprise infrastructure (virtualization, cloud, storage, networking). Own incident response, root cause analysis, capacity planning, automation, observability, and mentor teams to ensure SLA/SLO adherence and production stability.

Lead and manage the Specialty Team handling Cease/Desist, Deceased, Voluntary Surrender and Specialty State processes. Oversee call-handling compliance, workload allocation, quality assessments, process improvements, and cross-department communication to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
