The Internal Auction Specialist assigns vehicles to auction, responds to emails, and provides administrative support within the Asset Remarketing department.

Manage employee relations, benefits, and HRIS. Provide guidance to employees and managers, ensure compliance, and maintain HR records. Participate in orientations and audits.

Manage a local market to drive loan application volume and dealer partnerships. Conduct dealer visits, analyze performance data, deliver training and coaching, recruit and onboard dealers, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor sales staff, and represent the company at events to achieve sales targets and ensure compliance.

Provide legal and administrative support, manage case files, assist in litigation tasks, process legal invoices, conduct research, and ensure compliance.

Process and monitor impound accounts end-to-end, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policy. Communicate with customers, recovery agents, impound facilities, and police; meet SLA call and correspondence standards; assist vendors and other departments as needed.

Review and process potential and active military customer accounts for SCRA protections, handle SCRA-related customer calls and correspondence, monitor protected accounts, and audit approvals/denials to ensure compliance with SCRA, federal/state regulations, and company policy.
