Senior Quality Supervisor

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Team Leadership & Supervision / Quản lý & Điều phối đội ngũ

• Lead and manage Quality Staff and Senior Quality Staff.
  → Dẫn dắt và quản lý đội ngũ Quality Staff và Senior Quality Staff.

• Supervise, train, and develop team capabilities to ensure effective execution of daily quality operations.
  → Giám sát, đào tạo và phát triển năng lực đội ngũ nhằm đảm bảo các hoạt động chất lượng hàng ngày được triển khai hiệu quả.

2. Cupping Activities & Sample Preparation / Thử nếm & chuẩn bị mẫu

• Lead cupping activities and oversee preparation of customer samples (PSS, offer/type samples).
  → Chịu trách nhiệm hoạt động thử nếm (cupping) và giám sát việc chuẩn bị mẫu gửi khách hàng (PSS, mẫu chào…).

3. Laboratory & Equipment Management / Quản lý phòng lab & thiết bị

• Check and calibrate all laboratory equipment on time and ensure required certifications.
  → Kiểm tra, hiệu chuẩn thiết bị phòng lab đúng hạn và đảm bảo đầy đủ chứng nhận cần thiết.

4. Production Planning & Processing Method / Kế hoạch & phương án sản xuất

• Collaborate with the Product Manager on production allocation, planning, and processing optimization.
  → Phối hợp với Product Manager trong phân bổ sản xuất, lập kế hoạch và tối ưu phương pháp chế biến.

• Work closely with Trading and Execution teams to support sourcing decisions and align purchasing with shipment plans.
  → Làm việc chặt chẽ với Trading & Execution để hỗ trợ quyết định mua hàng và điều chỉnh thời điểm mua phù hợp kế hoạch giao hàng.

• Coordinate with Production team to allocate materials and optimize production plans.
  → Phối hợp với Production để phân bổ nguyên liệu và tối ưu kế hoạch sản xuất.

5. Quality Assurance & Process Control / Đảm bảo chất lượng & kiểm soát quy trình

• Own and drive improvements in QC framework.
  → Phụ trách cải tiến khung quản lý chất lượng (QC framework).

• Ensure QC practices align with company strategies and compliance standards.
  → Đảm bảo hoạt động QC phù hợp với chiến lược và tiêu chuẩn tuân thủ của công ty.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve QC procedures.
  → Xây dựng, triển khai và liên tục cải tiến quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration / Phối hợp liên phòng ban

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  → Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo hoạt động diễn ra suôn sẻ và hiệu quả.

7. Other Duties / Công việc khác

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by Country Product Manager/Site Manager.
  → Thực hiện các công việc phát sinh theo yêu cầu của Country Product Manager/Site Manager.

Experience & Expertise / Kinh nghiệm & chuyên môn

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Supervisor in the green coffee industry (Robusta & Arabica), preferably in a multinational company.
  → Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Quality Supervisor trong ngành cà phê nhân (Robusta & Arabica), ưu tiên công ty đa quốc gia.

• Strong expertise in green coffee physical inspection & cupping, coffee processing methods (Robusta & Arabica), production supervision, in-house quality monitoring, and stock allocation.
  → Có chuyên môn sâu về kiểm tra vật lý và đánh giá cảm quan cà phê nhân; các phương pháp chế biến Robusta & Arabica; giám sát sản xuất; theo dõi chất lượng nội bộ và phân bổ hàng hóa.

Language Skills / Kỹ năng ngôn ngữ

• Strong English communication skills for work.
  → Kỹ năng sử dụng tiếng Anh trong công việc tốt.
