Bosch Automotive Service Solutions, LLC seeks Senior Quality Management Specialist (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 655 Eisenhower Drive, Owatonna, MN 55060. Responsible for the implementation, coordination, and maintenance of the whole Quality Management System according to the standards required by the customer and ISO:9001:2015 norm. The core tools and their respective coordination is a key task associated with the internal Quality Management System audits execution as well as process audits. Once all the internal duties are in place and maintained, the coordination of the external Quality Management System audits together the certification body in place is a must to keep the ISO 9001 :2015 certificate and allow the organization to supply products/services to the customers. Support the organization during improvement processes. Identify gaps within the quality management system within quality planning, control, and improvement support for product development teams, manufacturing engineering and distribution center to assure Company product quality meets the customers' expectations. Coordinate design and process FMEA within AA-AS organization in NA. Moderate quality gates within AA-AS Project Management teams. Coordinate quality costs reduction projects e.g. External and Internal Defect Costs, by applying data analytic skills and driving the teams for improvements. Organize and execute internal system audits for all sites within US and executing system audits as lead auditor per ISO 9001 :2015. Support on SAP implementation within AA-AS organization (Q-Module and interactions). Develop and support use of sound system/process improvement tools (Problem Solving, 8D, POCA, PEP -quality gates, PPAP, CIP, etc.) used by the Owatonna Production Team. Successfully work and interact within cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. REQS: This position requires a bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field plus 5 years of experience as an Internal Auditor, Quality System Coordinator, or an occupation involving internal audits, quality, manufacturing, and logistics. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) IATF 16949:2016; (2) QMS audits; (3) Microsoft software applications, big data, data mining, dashboards and Power Bl; (4) SAP ERP; (5) IQIS (train the trainer, master data management, and coordination); and (6) Quality tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA. SPC, PPAP, or 80). Wage Range: $131,394.00 - $133,000.00.
