Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance and automate software testing processes: automate test case & script generation, test execution and defect prediction
- Design and implement AI/ML models to automate test case generation, prioritization, and maintenance
- Develop intelligent test agents capable of learning application behavior and autonomously executing exploratory and regression tests
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing CI/CD pipelines and test frameworks
- Apply NLP techniques to analyze requirements, user stories, and logs to derive test scenarios
- Collaborate with QE, DevOps, and software engineering teams to align AI solutions with product goals.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring continuous improvement and retraining as needed
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML and test automation, and advocate for innovative practices
- Leads or serves as a strategic technical / software programming resource in the design and implement test software (automation) for software applications, system architectures / framework or software test tools that achieve desired CHC, systems application and development functionality
- Innovates to solve complex software engineering and technical problems

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on software testing or automation
- Experience developing test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright) and CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, ADO)
- Experience in SCRUM, KANBAN, LEAN and SAFe methodologies on large complex Agile projects
- Experience with Agile tools like Rally and JIRA
- Experience continuously deploying and scheduling tests using Bamboo/Jenkins/GIT
- Experience with testing front-end and backend APIs of Web and Batch applications
- Experience with test management tools (HP ALM, JIRA)
- Knowledge and experience in testing APIs, Service End Points in both distributed and Cloud
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of NLP, reinforcement learning, and anomaly detection techniques
- Solid understanding of testing processes and methodologies
- Good understanding with test tools such as Selenium/WebDriver, BDD/TDD frameworks
- Good understanding of RESTful API and SOAP web services
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven broad software programming / technical expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LLMs for test case generation and documentation analysis
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare) with compliance-driven testing
- Experience developing test frameworks using open-source test frameworks
- Knowledge of software quality metrics and test coverage analysis.
- Technical background with a strong understanding of DevOps practices
- Proven contributions to open-source AI or testing projects
