Primary Responsibilities:
- DevOps:
- Bring innovative ideas to help continuously improve the application portfolio including the design, build, deploy, test and runtime within cloud ecosystems
- Involve in troubleshooting and debugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that may arise
- Design Discussions
- Documentation review
- Architecture/Code reviews
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into high level implementation plans & flows for development and capability teams
- Create solution roadmaps and proposals aligning to business objectives and goals
- In base and mid-level roles, engages across teams in a capacity that ranges from assisting on in-flight initiatives, up to technical briefings and demonstrations of new technologies across the organization
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
- 4+ years development experience in ServiceNow
- Having experience on ServiceNow development, C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS , Web APIs
- Service Portal, Catalog, ITSM , Integrations, Widgets, Record Producer
- Experience in Agile environment and Test-Driven Development
- API / Web Services: Working experience in Web Services / API, REST Architecture etc.
- DevOps:
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and good understanding of ITSM modules (Configuration/Incident Management, Product Catalog etc.)
- Ability to engage across teams in a capacity that ranges from assisting on in-flight initiatives, up to technical briefings and demonstrations of new technologies across the organization
- Ability to work with Business Product owners & define technical product roadmap, plan product release
- Ability to provide day-to-day support of production and non-production environments, including maintaining stable environment configurations to support project development efforts and ensuring that environment capabilities meet project demands. Skilled with advanced troubleshooting, escalation, and driving service restoration activities helping ensure all duties are completed in a consistent and timely manner

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field
