Currently we are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Littelfuse Quality Team. In this role you will oversee testing, measurement, and inspection processes while leading a team and working with advanced measurement tools.
This role is based on-site in Kaunas and reports directly to Plant Quality Manager.
About the job:Lead and train team members in measurement and inspection processes
Supervise functional and optical testing, geometrical measurements, and visual inspections
Prepare reports and technical specifications for project activities and serial production
Manage documentation to ensure all parts have proper inspection, measurement, and verification instructions
Identify areas for improvement, recommend process changes, and lead relevant updates
Participate in workshops and projects related to function and department activities
Functional testing of final goods
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
Hands-on experience with measurements and inspections
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
Verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong technical skills with high attention to detail
Clear and effective communication skills
Experience in leading and supporting a team would be an advantage
Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not required
The salary range for this position is 3000 EUR gross – 3600 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
