ABOUT THE POSITION

Senior QA Engineer at BURGA is more than just a title -  it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

Your Role: We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to drive quality across the entire product development lifecycle. In this role, you'll combine hands-on manual and, especially, automated testing, own testing strategies, improve test automation coverage and validate complex system changes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Own the quality assurance process across the product lifecycle, from requirement refinement to production release
- Perform exploratory, functional, integration, and regression testing of new functionality and system changes
- Challenge and improve business requirements together with the team to ensure features are testable, clearly defined, and aligned with manufacturing workflows
- Design and maintain risk-based test strategies, test scenarios, and regression coverage for critical business processes
- Monitor quality metrics and recurring defect patterns, driving continuous improvements to reduce production incidents and manufacturing disruptions
- Collaborate closely with developers to improve testing discipline, promote quality ownership, and prevent defects earlier in the development lifecycle
- Act as the primary quality advocate within the team, ensuring that quality is built into the product rather than inspected after development

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 4+ years in QA / Quality Engineering roles
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, test strategy, and regression testing
- Hands-on experience with test automation and CI/CD environments
- Strong API testing and SQL skills
- Experience testing complex integrated systems and collaborating closely with developers and Product Owners
- Ability to improve testing practices and increase release confidence in Agile teams
- It would be a plus if you have experience working with .NET, Vue.js, WPF, RabbitMQ, SQL, or similar technologies, as well as Playwright, Selenium, or other test automation tools
- It would also be a plus if you have experience in manufacturing, MES, or other industrial software domains, and have led QA initiatives or helped establish quality best practices across a team
