Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze and break down software requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases
• Ability to write test cases in Jira and conduct testing
• Test the product and drive resolution of defects
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools, such as Selenium, to ensure efficient and accurate testing
• Execute automated test scripts and report any defects or issues found during testing
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in SQL to write complex queries for data extraction
• 2+ years of experience in REST API Testing using Postman
• Work experience related to payment processing in healthcare including claim and adjustments
• Experience with X12 files, specifically 835 format, dual spec, acknowledgment files, ISeries, NACHA and remittance
• Experience with Virtual Card issuing and check payments based on payment preferencing
• Proven highly organized and self-driven, capable of working with little or no supervision
• Solid multitasking skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage deliverables on tight timelines and find creative solutions to any issues that arise
• Fluent in healthcare and banking terminology to understand the payment flow specifically treasury
• Ability to understand HIPAA compliance
• Ability to run Linux commands for file management
• Worked on Document creation and print trails including PRAs, reports and portal views
