Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze User Stories / Bugs, Design / Design Review, Document, Code / Code Review, Test (Unit, Assembly, System & Regression), Deployment, & Post-deployment Support
- Delivery requires automated test (manual testing as needed) mindfulness
- Engineering focus on enriching the Customer Experience through high quality functional delivery, efficiency, testability, reliability, scalability, availability, and security of applications
- Foster high performance, collaborative technical work
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering with a solid focus on automation
- Experience with C# and .NET Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), RESTful Web API Development, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, & SQL profiling skills / performance tuning SQL
- Proven experience in testing modern web applications and APIs using frameworks
- Up-to-date knowledge of agile methodologies and modern testing practices
- Solid understanding of performance, security, and accessibility testing
- Solid programming skills in languages like C# for test automation
- Proven ability to leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
- Proven excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Proven solid communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
