We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Services and Integrations (IP-X-Change) team in Belgrade. This person will be responsible for working as a QA engineer day-to-day operations in QA team, ensuring the achievement of operational targets and objectives within the QA domain.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

3+ years of experience in the QA field

At least 2 years of experience in Automation testing, in tools like Java/C#, Selenium, or the latest automation tools

3+ years of experience using any programming language (Java is preferred)

3+ years working in the product development & quality with teams spread across different locations worldwide
It would be great if you also have...
- While having experience with any tool for API testing is required, Java or Selenium experience are preferable
What will you be doing in this role?

Work as part of a collaborative team of technologists and business partners to provide the highest quality experience for our customers

Ensure quality assurance processes are implemented and adhered to by project squads

Develop, execute, and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium Java and Postman

Design, develop and execute functional, integration, system and regression tests

Perform test execution, defect management, and test case reporting for development cycles and production patch defects

Provide after-hours on-call support as necessary and assist with releases and product maintenance on a rotating basis

Provide testing estimates test scenarios and test cases for user stories
Product you will be supporting
The product is designed to streamline the management of patent renewals. The service ensures timely and accurate payment of patent annuities, reducing the risk of missed payments and potential loss of patent rights. It supports patent renewals across multiple jurisdictions, helping organizations manage their global patent portfolios efficiently. Additionally, the service provides enriched data and analytics to help organizations make informed decisions about their patent portfolios. By automating the renewal process, it helps reduce administrative costs and improve budgeting accuracy.
About the Team
There are 2 members in a QA Team that are part of the Services and Integrations (IP-X-Change) team. We are supporting close to 13 services used for integration purpose for different IPMS products.

Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. It is expected that hours will be regular business hours, as per CEST zone.
