Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge products. You will lead the design and execution of quality testing strategies for concurrent manufacturing lines, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role in driving quality across all stages of the product development lifecycle. Your deep expertise in QA methodologies, combined with a passion for excellence, will help Trackonomy continue to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement QA policies, processes, and procedures to ensure the highest quality standards across all projects.
- Lead process validation and end-of-line testing to ensure all quality standards and procedures have been followed, guaranteeing that final products meet required specifications before release.
- Lead the execution and management of RMA processes, drive remediation efforts, and implement process improvements across existing manufacturing lines.
- Ensure consistent identification, documentation, and support of product defects and inconsistencies, working closely with development teams to prioritize and drive the timely resolution of issues.
- Drive the accuracy of data collection processes to ensure reliable, data-driven insights are available for assessing quality performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and informing strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure clear communication of quality requirements and issues.
- Ensure that all testing activities are compliant with both national and international quality standards and regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality, best practices, and continuous learning, while developing the next generation of QA leaders within the team.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience, Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Python Automation with system testing background
- 5+ years Strong experience in HW/Systems QA testing, test plan creation for cutting edge technologies
- Strong experience in Debug and failure analysis in systems & functional areas (HW/SW)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex quality issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders
