Quality Assurance (QA) / Test Engineer

As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our client applications across web, mobile, and backend systems. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to define test strategies, build robust testing pipelines, and identify issues before they reach production. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about delivering flawless software experiences.

• Design and execute manual and automated test plans for web, mobile, and backend systems.
  

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites for regression and integration testing.
  

• Collaborate with developers and DevOps engineers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  

• Perform exploratory, functional, and usability testing to ensure high-quality product releases.
  

• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira.
  

• Define and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices.
  

• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to the engineering team.
  

• Participate in release readiness reviews and post-release validations.
  

• 2-4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing.
  

• Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Appium.
  

• Familiarity with API testing using Postman, Newman, or similar tools.
  

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
  

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  

• Bonus: Experience with mobile testing (React Native, Android, or iOS) and performance or load testing tools.
