Key Responsibilities:

• BOI Zone Management: Oversee BOI zone operations, including access control and visitor management.
• Facilities Support: Assist with facility maintenance, contractor management, and general administrative tasks.
• Logistics: Manage transport requests, shipping activities, and invoice processing.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to developing SOPs for administrative functions.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
• Competent in the use of the MS Office suite with special emphasis on Excel.
• Results-oriented and enthusiastic with the ability to work in a matrix organisation.
