Job Description

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer. This position will be full-time and hybrid - Bangalore.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases.

• Identify test cases suitable for automation.

• Report and track bugs, collaborating with development teams for resolution.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide root cause analysis when needed.

• Communicate effectively and present test findings clearly.

• Should have contributed to CICD in automations.

What You'll Need

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in BE, MCA, or MSc (Computer Science)

• 7-9 years in software testing with at least 4–5 years in automation testing.

• Strong background in both manual and automation testing.

• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, or any programming language.

• Experience in building automation frameworks and writing test scripts using tools like Selenium.

• Experience in building customized reports.

• Good understanding of test design techniques, QA methodologies, and SDLC (Agile & Waterfall).

• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL or PostgreSQL.

Preferred:

• ISTQB Foundation certification.

Physical Demands

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
