Job OverviewWe are seeking a Lead QA to embed quality at the heart of our solution delivery. This role will collaborate closely with solution designers and developers, ensuring that unit tests and automated quality checks are created, curated, and continuously improved throughout system development.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaboration & Unit Testing Partner with designers and developers to define, create, and maintain a comprehensive suite of unit tests aligned to solution designs.
Performance & Observability Design and implement telemetry pipelines with InfluxDB, Grafana, and Prometheus; build dashboards and generate clear reports.
Defect & Risk Management Manage and prioritize defects, provide remediation recommendations, and advocate for quality-first release decisions.
Environment & Test Data Ensure production-like test environments with correct components, data, and configurations.
Stakeholder Engagement Provide updates to senior stakeholders, translate technical results into business language, and mentor developers/test engineers.
Strong background in QA for complex system delivery.
Hands-on expertise with unit testing and curation in partnership with dev teams.
Practical experience with:
API testing: Postman, Bruno
Performance testing: K6 (JavaScript)
Telemetry & monitoring: Grafana, InfluxDB, Prometheus
Proven track record in functional, non-functional, and performance testing for large-scale distributed systems.
Experience testing Azure-hosted platforms, API gateways (Gravitee desirable), and container-based solutions (Kubernetes/AKS).
Excellent communication skills to present risks and outcomes clearly.
Strong advocate for “quality first” mindset.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps testing integration.
Load testing expertise (K6).
Proven experience leading QA for data migration projects.
Minimum 2 years of lead experience.
Good-to-Have SkillsBackground in high-volume booking, transaction, or e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of security testing approaches and tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps testing integration.
Relevant QA or test management certifications (desirable but not essential).
Education QualificationBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science
