Lead development of SAC/VQC procedures and nonconformity handling, conduct plant audits, share lessons and best practices across plants, drive task forces for continuous improvement of quality/cost/operations, train and support plants on SAC/VQC, and perform other leadership tasks as required.

Requirements

- Understanding the 6
Core Tool ( FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP)
- Knowledge of Problem
solving( 5 Why, 8D …), QC 7 Tool
- Have experience to
build/create process/Procedure
- Intinial leadership
skill.
- Good of Reporting by
Excel/Power-point/Word
- Responsiveness, agility, discipline, and willingness to take
over responsibility and to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be open to working at our facility in Hai Phong and be
willing to undertake occasional international travel for project-related tasks
or training opportunities.

Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years experience working at manufacturing site (IQC/SQ/QA/QC/NPI) in automotive
- Knowledge of QMS standards ISO9001 and IATF16949
- Knowledge of VDA
- Understanding of core quality tools: FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP
- Knowledge of problem solving methods (5 Why, 8D) and QC 7 Tools
- Experience building/creating processes and procedures
- Initial leadership skills
- Proficient reporting skills using Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite at Hai Phong facility and undertake occasional international travel
