Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven QA & Product Specialist who can work cross-functionally across testing, product analysis, requirement clarification, and functional validation. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who understands both user requirements and technical execution and can ensure that features deliver the right business value with uncompromised quality.
Key Responsibilities
QA / Testing Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and execute end-to-end test plans and test cases
Perform manual functional testing, UAT, regression, smoke and sanity testing
Work directly with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
Validate data workflows, UI/UX flows, and backend integrations
Document critical bugs with detailed reproduction steps and severity ranking
Product Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and translate them into functional test cases
Perform gap analysis between expected functionality and delivered functionality
Participate in requirement discussions and backlog grooming
Interact with stakeholders, end-users, internal teams to refine product needs
Provide insights for product improvements, feature enhancements, and UX suggestions
Assist in writing product specifications & acceptance criteria
Validate user journeys and edge-case scenarios
Required Skills & Experience
2-7 years of professional experience in QA and/or Product roles
Strong analytical ability to understand end-to-end business processes
Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle
Experience with bug tracking tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, etc.
Understanding of APIs, JSON, Postman, and basic data debugging
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with business and engineering teams
Experience validating UX flows and usability metrics
Bonus / Preferred Skills

Experience in writing acceptance criteria (Gherkin / User Story format)
Exposure to automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress etc.)
