We are looking for Senior QA Manual

Your main tasks will be:

• Plan testing scope and timelines, write and maintain test cases and test documentation.
  
• Test and stabilize patches in a fast-moving release cycle — we ship to prod several times a week, not once a quarter.
  
• Find defects fast and write them up clearly enough that engineers can act on them without a follow-up call.
  
• Keep pushing the testing process forward: standardize repetitive checks, cut out busywork, and bring in AI tools where they genuinely speed things up.

We expect from you:

• You've tested mobile, backend, and web — not just one layer — and you're comfortable writing and running checklists, test cases, and test scenarios.
  
• You understand how client-server applications work and how testing fits into an agile release cycle, not just as a gate at the end.
  
• You're hands-on with Jira, Confluence, TestRail or Allure TestOps, MS SQL Server, Fiddler, and Postman.
  
• You use AI tools in your QA workflow already — this isn't optional curiosity, it's part of how the job gets done here.
  
• You think in terms of the product, not just the ticket: structured, result-oriented, and genuinely interested in making the thing better rather than just checking a box.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
