Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer Quality Assurance to join our Global Product Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a wide range of quality control tests and analyses to ensure software meets specified standards, as well as designing and developing sophisticated test automation scripts. You will be part of the Global Technology team, which deploys data center space and solutions to address growing customer needs with speed and accessibility.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle by drafting, revising, and approving test plans and scripts, creating comprehensive test data files, and executing automated scripts across browsers to ensure all system problems are documented and resolved.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with Software Developers, Quality Assurance Analysts, and end-users to plan User Acceptance Testing, develop technical solutions, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Information Technology strategy by integrating automation suites into Developer Operations (DevOps) pipelines and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of testing experience, including at least 3 years of automated testing experience and a background in functional testing.
Strong knowledge of automation and Developer Operations (DevOps) tools, specifically proficiency in C# or Java, and hands-on experience with Git, GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, and Ansible.
Proven ability in designing test automation frameworks and performing complex troubleshooting through advanced debugging and problem-solving skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Information Systems from an accredited university.
