And now we are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of altaFlow - a complex no-code document automation platform with multiple external integrations.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the integrity of a product used by large-scale businesses. You’ll work across the full testing lifecycle - from requirements analysis to automation and release support - collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Design and implement automated test cases to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and manage the bug lifecycle.
Perform manual testing of new features and create high-quality test cases for automation.
Support release processes and ensure product stability in production.
Take ownership of QA activities for specific features or solutions.
Analyze product requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and scenarios.
Collaborate closely with the development team on new and existing functionality.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in QA, including both manual and automation testing.
Ability to independently own QA processes for a feature or product area.
Experience in planning and executing test coverage for complex functionality.
Hands-on experience with Java + Selenium + TestNG.
Experience with API testing, including tools like Rest Assured or Retrofit.
Familiarity with AI tools and working with AI agents in daily workflows.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in distributed teams across different time zones.
B2+ English level.
Knowledge of ukrainian or russian language.
