Partner with Product Marketing, Design, Sales, and Customer Success on launches, go-to-market campaigns, and enablement. Own the lifecycle marketing roadmap and execute campaigns across onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and win-back. Partner with product, growth, data, support, and customer success teams while using AI for segmentation, personalization, copy development, and journey mapping.

Build and lead airSlate’s B2B demand-generation function across SignNow and AltaFlow. Develop ABM, lead-generation, nurture, attribution, scoring, routing, and pipeline programs for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise buyers. Partner with Sales, RevOps, product marketing, campaign strategy, data, and technology leaders to establish targets, optimize funnel conversion, select the technology stack, and recruit and scale the team.

Generate sales pipeline for SignNow, pdfFiller, and airSlate by prospecting mid-market and enterprise accounts through email, phone, and social channels. Qualify inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, book sales-accepted meetings, and maintain accurate Salesforce and Outreach records. Partner with Account Executives and Marketing, provide lead and campaign feedback, and support outbound sales across regulated industries.

Build and deliver full-stack product features using AI coding agents, owning requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response. Review agent-generated code and documentation, improve team prompts and guardrails, maintain production reliability, and contribute to a strong engineering culture. The role requires commercial experience with PHP, Node.js, or Golang; JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SQL, Docker, cloud technologies, AWS, CI/CD, testing, and technical documentation.

Own the email channel’s revenue contribution, lifecycle and retention strategy, attribution, segmentation, dashboards, deliverability, and automated journeys across multiple SaaS products. Lead churn-prevention and win-back programs, collaborate with Product and Data teams, use behavioral and predictive data for personalization, and manage three email marketing specialists.

Handle complex technical support cases for enterprise and Tier 1 accounts, lead client calls, troubleshoot SignNow web platform issues, integrations, and workflows, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams on escalations. Document bugs and feature requests, manage cases within SLA requirements, and maintain clear customer communication throughout resolution.

Own a self-serve SaaS product track from strategy and discovery through roadmap, delivery, experimentation, and outcomes. Conduct customer and data-led discovery, prioritize investments, define KPIs, run A/B tests, and partner with design and engineering to ship incremental improvements. Collaborate across marketing, support, data, and adjacent products. The role requires product-led growth experience, strong analytical and experimentation skills, and experience delivering AI features into real user workflows.

Manage and optimize paid acquisition across web and mobile: launch campaigns, create keywords/assets, monitor KPIs (CAC, CPA, ROAS), run tests and experiments, analyze growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal and external partners.
