Meet the Job- Drive Strategy: Champion the "Shift Left" approach, utilizing the V-Model to map acceptance criteria to unit, integration, and regression levels.
- Automate Everything: Build and own the test infrastructure, coding robust automation for all acceptance suites within our CI/CD pipelines.
- Innovate: Implement AI-driven testing tools to accelerate test case generation and visual regression checks.
- Coach & Mentor: Guide engineers on TDD/BDD practices, ensuring the entire team writes high-quality, testable code.
- Quality Gatekeeper: Challenge requirements early to ensure they are unambiguous, complete, and fully testable before a single line of code is written.
- Tech Stack:.Senior-level proficiency in Java is mandatory, along with proficiency in at least one other language (Python or JavaScript), with the ability to code complex automation.
- Tooling Expert: Hands-on mastery of frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and CI/CD configuration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Methodology: Deep understanding of the SDLC, the V-Model, and how to define provable acceptance criteria.
- Forward-Thinking: Experience with or a strong desire to apply AI testing techniques to modern quality challenges.
