Responsibilities :
- Work closely with Product Managers, engineering, and other stakeholders to understand the design and requirements to develop a Test plan and automation.
- Develop exentesive test plans and cases for Cloud AI infrastructure integration and validate critical scenarios to achieve exceptational Quality.
- Identify, document, and track the defects. Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
- Prepare and configure test environments, including software installations and configurations if required.
- Conduct exploratory testing to find defects that might not be covered by test cases.
- Work closely with SRE to support the Production deployemnt of application releases.
- Troubleshoot the customer escalations, attend customer calls and take the issues to closure when required.
- Adherence to Quality Standards: Ensure adherence to quality assurance and testing best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest testing techniques, tools, and industry trends.
- Should be highly motivated and go getter.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in functional and automating testing of SAAS products.
- Strong QA mentality and attitude to identify critical business scenarios and customer impact.
- Must have experience on any public or private Cloud platform.
- Knowledge of AI fundamentals and AI models and tools along with ML is big plus.
- Certification of AWS, Azure and GCP any of the Cloud is a big plus.
- Hands on experience testing microservice based applications, Kubernetes, and CICD pipeline as well as working with build management tools like Git, Bamboo, Jenkins.
- Hands on experience on Linux is must.
- Good to have experience on Kafka, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Oracle DB.
- Hands on experience of functional UI and API automation of SaaS application.
- Experience in the Cyber Security domain is an advantage.
