- Plan and manage overall project testing strategy, test approach, and coordinate all testing activities for responsible project
- Understand project requirements and analyze business cases for testing
- Define testing scope, estimate testing effort and resource for project.
- Execute and lead manual testing activities (priority) with focus on: Mobile applications (iOS/Android ~70%) and Web applications (~30%)
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing
- Set up, maintain, and enhance automation test frameworks for mobile apps and web
- Identify quality risks and issues and escalate to the team and stakeholders
- Facilitate and deliver test artifacts (test cases, test data, test reports)
- Work closely with QA, BA, Developers, and SM to deliver high-quality products
- Continuously improve QA processes, testing frameworks, and best practices
- Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up to date
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related field
- Minimum 6+ years of QA experience, with strong emphasis on manual testing
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Mobile application testing (iOS/Android)
- Web application testing
- Minimum 2–3 years of automation testing experience, such as:
- Mobile: Appium or Maestro
- Web: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
- API: Rest API
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies and test design
- Experience testing cross-browser and cross-device compatibility (mobile + web)
- Experience in Agile teams with tools like Jira / Confluence
- Basic coding/scripting skills (e.g., Java or others) are an advantage
- Experience in frontend and backend testing
- Experience in financial/banking systems is a plus
