Senior QA Engineer (Automation) - Lotus's

We're looking for Senior QA Engineers to join our cross-functional product squads. You'll work side-by-side with developers and product owners in Agile sprints, ensuring that every release meets high standards of quality and stability. While the role is primarily manual QA, you must have coding skills to maintain and extend automated test cases within the squad-owned automation scope.

• Collaborate closely with developers and product owners during sprint planning, grooming, and reviews
• Understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios
• Define what to be executed by test automation and the remainings for manual testing
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing on web and mobile products
• Analyze when non-functional testing is needed and also perform it
• Maintain and update automated UI, API, and mobile test scripts related to your squad’s features
• Investigate bugs, report clear defect tickets, and verify fixes
• Support release validation and post-deployment checks

• 5+ years of QA experience in Agile teams
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and software testing principles
• Comfortable writing automated tests in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Familiarity with tools like Playwright, WebDriverIO, or K6 is a plus
• The experience of Shift-left testing approach is a big plus
• The comprehension on what automation-first is
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• A quality mindset and ownership attitude
