We're seeking a versatile team player to join our scrum teams, stepping into the role of an Automation QA. As an experienced Automation Tester, you will ensure Genesis product quality through automated testing procedures. You will also collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to get requirements and create strong test automation strategies. From initial analysis to production release, this role will be deeply involved, utilizing the Genesis platform to deliver top-tier solutions with exceptional efficiency.

WHERE WE SEE THIS ROLE GOING
- This is a highly visible role where you will be expected to collaborate with analysts and developers, employing behavior-driven development (BDD).
- In charge of executing comprehensive test strategies and plans, including the creation of test automation scripts tailored to Genesis products and services.
- Co-ordinate both manual and automated regression testing and maintaining a robust build pipeline.
- Establish and oversee a QA regime within your team, instilling confidence in stakeholders and colleagues regarding deliverables.
- Design, gather, and automate metrics related to testing, providing the team and stakeholders with the visibility necessary to drive informed decisions
REAL WORLD COMPETENCIES THAT MATCH OUR VALUES
- Technically Proficient: Possessing an ISTQB Foundation level certification or its equivalent, an Automation tester with minimum 8-10 years of experience, showcasing a fearless knack for implementing QA processes within an agile framework. Direct experience of web GUI, API, and performance testing is essential as well as knowledge in CI/CD pipelines. Experience in capital markets is advantageous
- Seeking to Understand: Always looking to improve the way you work in automation testing is essential, supporting our commitment to excellence. Demonstrable experience in constructing and validating acceptance criteria.
