Job Description

Huge is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Analyst to support multiple accounts. This is a client facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and enjoys owning quality across complex, multi-project ecosystems.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications through rigorous manual and functional testing, while actively participating in Agile delivery teams. You’ll partner closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to proactively identify risks, validate solutions, and uphold quality standards across multiple initiatives.

What you’ll be doing
  • End-to-End Manual Testing: Execute thorough manual and functional testing across web and mobile platforms (desktop, iOS, and Android).
  • Multi-Project Quality Ownership: Ensure consistent quality across multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
  • Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Web & Mobile Validation: Validate functionality, usability, and performance across desktop and mobile experiences.
  • CMS & Content Testing: Test CMS-driven applications, ensuring content accuracy and functional integrity.
  • Client-Facing Communication: Collaborate directly with client stakeholders, clearly communicating testing outcomes, risks, and recommendations.
  • Quality Advocacy: Champion QA best practices and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met.
What we’d like to see
  • Strong Manual QA Experience: Proven experience in manual and functional testing for web applications.
  • Mobile Testing Expertise: Hands-on experience testing mobile applications on both iOS and Android.
  • QA Foundations: Solid understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Advanced English level (B2–C1), required for effective communication with clients and global, cross-functional teams.
  • Prototyping Mindset: Ability to think critically about product behavior and user flows, even from early-stage designs.
  • CMS Testing Experience: Experience validating CMS-based platforms and workflows.
