Job Summary: The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects from inception to completion. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial viability.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Define and execute the technical vision for the product or project.
• Design and implement robust and scalable software solutions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and execution.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP or Agile certifications.
• Experience in specific tech stack like Java or Python or Dot net
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
