WHO WE NEED :
We're currently looking for a Senior QA Analyst with around 5 years of experience to join our high-performing Development team and provide our customers with quality service. If you're a fit, the following things should sound like you:
- Significant experience as a QA Analyst (typically more than 5 years)
- Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
- Experience in creating and executing test plans and scripts for web applications
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
- Demonstrated advocacy for the growth of quality standards in software development
- Proven track record of identifying risks in software and defending user experience
- Desire to promote the growth of QA skills across the department and specifically in junior QA employees
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for our applications
- Oversee all software validation functions (testing, review, release) performed by the team
- Ensure that all team input (models, requirements, designs) and output (features,
releases) work to meet and exceed customer and stakeholder expectations - Collaborate with the development team to understand features and technical implementations
- Grow the practice of high-quality behaviors in your team and other QA employees through teaching, coaching, improving efficiency, and promoting change
