What You’ll Be Doing- Create powerful tools and applications to support employee and manager lifecycles
- Work closely with business partners to understand business strategies while aligning product outcomes to create exceptional experiences using various technology
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Wolt to understand needs and build solutions that simplify their daily work.
- Support troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and deployment of applications to meet requirements, timelines, and execution standards
- Document and support your work with clear instructions and ongoing knowledge sharing.
- Continuously refine and upgrade existing systems to stay ahead of scaling demands.
- Proactively hunt for opportunities to improve employee workflows and experience.
- Partner deeply with IT teams to ensure every tech touch point exceeds expectations.
- A strong software engineering foundation, with 7+ years of experience in building and maintaining production-grade systems.
- Fluency in Javascript (Typescript), Node.js , Express.js, React and similar technologies.
- A natural curiosity for automation—you're always testing new tools and keeping an eye on the latest trends.
- A problem-solving mindset—you’re the kind of person who doesn’t stop until a solution is found.
- Clear, professional communication skills and fluency in English.
- A team player with initiative and resilience—you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Willingness to travel when the job calls for it.
