We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative Loyalty Management Software for our Enterprise clients. As a Senior Python Developer, you will take charge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, deployment, and ongoing support.
What You Will OWN:
- Leadership & Collaboration: Guide and mentor a team of developers, while collaborating with the Customer Success teams and other stakeholders to develop cutting-edge product features.
- High-Quality Code: Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, innovative, and reusable code. Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to ensure feature alignment with the overall architecture.
- End-to-End Software Development: Oversee all aspects of software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging. Ensure designs meet specifications and are optimized for performance and scalability.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address production and non-production application issues, ensuring the system runs smoothly and reliably.
You Will Be a GREAT FIT if You:
- Are a proven leader with the ability to lead and inspire teams, while owning the technical delivery and quality of your projects.
- Have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Python (Django & Flask) and a strong track record of building scalable, high-performance applications.
- Have in-depth knowledge and experience with Agile software development methodologies and leading development cycles in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for crafting user-centered solutions with a focus on innovation.
- Have experience in mentoring and nurturing junior developers, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
