Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement operations along with supply chain coordination, logistics management, and import-export activities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing of materials, cost optimization, and smooth coordination across domestic and international supply networks.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

· Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors (domestic and international).

· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiency.

· Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

· Maintain strong vendor relationships and performance tracking.

Supply Chain Management

· Plan and monitor overall supply chain operations to ensure uninterrupted production.

· Coordinate with internal departments (production, finance, warehouse) for demand forecasting and inventory planning.

· Optimize inventory levels and reduce procurement lead times.

Logistics Coordination

· Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.

· Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.

· Monitor shipment tracking and resolve any transit-related issues.

Import-Export Operations

· Handle end-to-end import/export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, LC, etc.).

· Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and international shipping requirements.

· Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and shipping lines.

· Manage duties, tariffs, and cost calculations for international shipments.

Compliance & Documentation

· Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.

· Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and shipments.

· Prepare reports on procurement metrics, cost savings, and supplier performance.




Requirements

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

· 1-3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and import-export operations.

· Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.
