Receive and record stock, maintain inventory records, conduct stock audits, and document stock movements. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment while coordinating with courier partners. Generate shipping documentation, track dispatches, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. The role requires basic Excel or inventory software knowledge, careful documentation, safe goods handling, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Supports sales and business development through lead generation, market research, CRM maintenance, outreach, meeting scheduling, sales reporting, customer communication, and onboarding coordination. Tracks performance metrics and assists experienced sales professionals with customer relationship management and sales targets.

Promote and sell robotics equipment through direct sales and eCommerce channels. Engage customers, answer product questions, follow up with leads, close deals, conduct demonstrations, provide post-sale support, process online orders, and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions. The intern will collaborate with sales and other departments while managing administrative tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.

Designs graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials; creates promotional and branding videos; develops content ideas; supports content strategy execution; maintains consistent visual messaging; and monitors design trends. The role requires proficiency with image editing tools, basic to intermediate video editing skills, creativity, attention to detail, social media trend awareness, time management, and deadline management.

Create branded graphics for social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, banners, and promotional campaigns. Manage social media accounts, plan and schedule content, and support audience engagement. Edit images, illustrations, and basic videos while maintaining visual consistency. The role requires strong design fundamentals, creativity, attention to detail, multitasking, and deadline management.

Assist with mechanical assembly, engineering drawing and GD&T interpretation, supplier coordination, material handling, measurement and inspection, and manufacturing processes including CNC/VMC machining, turning, milling, EDM, sheet metal work, and surface treatments. Support metallurgy and heat treatment activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintenance of component, inspection, process, deviation, and supplier documentation under supervision.
