Your Role as Senior Public Relations expert
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Public Relations expert to lead the development and execution of high-impact public relations strategies for our EU clients. You’ll combine media outreach, stakeholder engagement, and creative storytelling to drive visibility, influence, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end PR strategies, including campaign architecture, messaging, and stakeholder engagement across the EU.
- Lead proactive media relations: secure coverage, coordinate press briefings, and manage interviews.
- Develop integrated PR approaches combining media, influencer, and stakeholder tactics.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content for traditional and digital channels.
- Organise press events, launch activations, and on-site media management.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using advanced analytics tools to generate insights and demonstrate ROI.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Support business development through client relationship building, opportunity spotting, and contributions to EU tenders and proposals.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of experience leading PR strategies, ideally for public sector or institutional clients.
- Proven track record across the full PR lifecycle: research, stakeholder mapping, implementation, and evaluation.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills in English; German is a strong asset.
- Experience with digital-first PR strategies, including social media, CMS platforms, influencer engagement, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of the EU institutional landscape and ability to tailor messaging accordingly.
- Skilled in managing external partners and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience contributing to tenders, proposals, and client presentations.
