We are seeking a Provider Relations Analyst to join our Academia and Government team based in our Center of Excellence in Belgrade. This role involves monitoring and addressing issues related to provider content and analyzing metadata and content gaps to identify and implement necessary corrections. It also includes building relationships with key provider contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- 5 years of relevant experience (with at least 2 years of relevant experience in metadata analysis, content review; publishing background)
- Fluent proficiency of English language
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
It would be great if you also have...
- Proficiency in an additional language (German, Franch, Italian, Spain, etc.)
- Proficiency in JIRA, and Salesforce.
- Project management experience
- Data Analytics background
What will you be doing in this role?
- Communicate with key content providers to identify the cause of issues and engage with internal stakeholders and external providers in solutions as necessary and on time.
- Regularly monitor provider submissions to ensure accuracy, correct issues, and identify gaps.
- Analyze system data to identify areas where providers can improve data quality and format.
- Compare data between internal systems to provide instructions on how to resolve issues.
- Identify outreach projects needed based on analysis.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

The Provider Relations team is a global team with analyst in India, United States, and Israel
Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position. The working hours would be EMEA working hours (9 am to 5 pm).
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
