This is a Full-time on site position based out of our Fort Lauderdale Headquarters. The work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30a -5:30p Eastern time. Our benefit offerings include Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401k with company match and PTO.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of RFP/RFI responses—from opportunity assessment and kickoff to final submission and debrief.
- Analyze requirements, develop response strategies, and build win themes that align with customer priorities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization to gather input and shape responses.
- Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, compliance, and polish.
- Maintain and continuously improve a reusable content library, including standard answers, case studies, bios, and certifications.
- Track deadlines, manage schedules, and enforce accountability to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
- Standardize processes and tools to scale proposal development across the organization.
- Conduct post-mortems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for future improvement.
- Support the creation of unsolicited proposals, capability statements, and sales enablement materials as needed.
- 5+ years of direct experience managing RFPs and RFIs, ideally in tech, IT services, or government contracting.
- Strong understanding of proposal best practices, APMP methodology a plus.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to synthesize technical and business content into crisp, persuasive prose.
- Mastery of Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and RFP automation tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO, or similar).
- Highly organized with an ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
