VACANCY FOR PROCESS ENGINEER
Join us as Process Engineer to carry out the process design of systems and plants according to design guidelines and industry standards on development, standardization or customer projects. (Medium to high level)

The position / About the Job:
In this job the Process Engineer would be responsible for:
To design and carry out and ensure cost-effective solutions by generating mass and energy balance, main equipment list, specification of equipment, P&ID´s for medium to high complexity projects together with sales group.
Handling and coordination of cost calculation for project (low to high complexity) based on Alfa Laval standard concepts and customer requests
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Together with the sales group generate mass and energy balance, main equipment list, specification of equipment, P&ID´s and functional design specifications for medium complexity projects.
• Clarify process strategy and requirements with BID owner and customer.
• Provide optimal process design and provision of detailed information to the bid team.
• Prepare quotation documentation and evaluate quotation texts.
• Make the engineering risk assessment (PSP), check and carry out the detailed cost calculation.
• Secure close cooperation and coordination between Sales Company, Sales Unit and E&S in the selection of technical solutions and cost levels.
• Ensure competitive costing in close cooperation with Procurement/purchase team.
• Improve and optimize standard solutions to enhance our competitiveness.
• Maintain the cost database for the actual application.
What you can be?
Experience & Education:
- Graduate Engineer in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent with 8 + relevant experience in Brewery Segment.
