Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Development Services team in Canberra. This role leads high‑value capital works projects and supports major operational changes across diverse client portfolios.As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of complex projects across sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Aged Care, Education, Mining, Health, Hospitality, Agribusiness and Defence. You will manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles, ensuring quality, compliance, and exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage high‑value projects from inception to completion
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reporting
Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Provide expert guidance aligned with the C&W PM Framework
Prepare documentation across all project phases (concept to construction)
Support business development and client presentations
Mentor and guide junior project staff
Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal governance
About You
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
7+ years experience in project management within construction/engineering
3+ years supervisory or team‑lead experience
Strong communication, leadership, and client‑facing capability
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
Experience delivering large‑scale capital works programs
