We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach to project delivery, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively. This role is well-suited for professionals with a background in civil engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, design, and operations to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates and resolve issues proactively.
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and project records for transparency and audit purposes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and delivery quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Good to Have Skills

  • Certified Project Manager (e.g., PMP or equivalent certification) is preferred.
  • Educational background or hands-on experience in Civil Engineering.
  • Familiarity with construction or infrastructure project environments.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering preferred, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in project management or project coordination roles.
