Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget allocation.
Define project objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Oversee multiple, simultaneous projects and ensure consistency and alignment with C&W Services’ strategy and goals and clearly defined responsibilities and expectations.
Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with project plans.
Facilitate, develop, and manage project documentation, including statements of work, business cases, project management plans, training materials, budgets, and risk mitigation.
Identify, Coordinate and Monitor resource utilization, adjust allocation as needed, and resolve resource conflicts.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to help ensure project success criteria are clearly understood and met as expected.
Ensure each project team has the tools and resources necessary to meet project deadlines.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Provides direct support to functional project teams in the planning and execution of key strategic initiatives.
Implement project quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Proactively identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans when necessary.
Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Publish/present project performance metrics status reports helping inform organization stakeholders of key information needed to inform of project progress.
Aggregate data from multiple projects into a portfolio view and report out as relevant and required for leadership awareness to progress.
Provide support and mentorship to Project Managers and Project Analysts to support departmental success.
Assist in and provide guidance and support for change management efforts.
Seek and identify opportunities for increased collaboration and process improvement through the effective use of business technology solutions to drive business success.
Leverage opportunities to build relationships, communities, and competencies with business units across Cushman & Wakefield.
May have management responsibilities for a small team OR be an individual contributor.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
5-7 years of Project Management experience.
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and execute tasks in a fast-paced operating environment.
Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical issues to non-technical individuals.
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented and well-organized.
Must be proactive, flexible, responsible, and resourceful.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 102,000.00 - $120,000.00
