About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, mostly focusing on NPI (new product introduction projects).

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, operations, and leadership to define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Identify risks and dependencies, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure continuous alignment across teams.

  • Facilitate project meetings, decision-making, and communication with clarity and transparency.

  • Track project performance using KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.

  • Drive process improvements and contribute to project management best practices.

  • Mentor junior project managers and help build a strong PM culture within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.

  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing large or complex initiatives.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

  • Strong mastery of project management methodologies (Agile/SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid).

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or MS Project

  • Understanding of budget management and financial forecasting

  • Change management expertise

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication

  • Fluent communication skills in English; German or Danish are an advantage.

  • Familiarity with electromechanical products and industrialization processes

The position is full-time and will be placed in Virum, Denmark. Alternatively in Darmstadt, Germany or in Porto, Portugal.
