Your contribution:
- You develop and implement corporate strategies in close cooperation with the management and make a significant contribution, working closely with the board members.
- You will conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
- You evaluate and prioritize project ideas and potential M&A targets based on strategic goals and their economic feasibility.
- You plan, initiate and manage projects from the concept phase through to successful implementation together with senior management.
- You identify process improvement potentials, implement best practices and create presentations and analyses for management decisions for continuous development and efficiency improvement.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, project management from a renowned university, a PhD is desirable.
- You have several years of professional experience in leading strategic projects and in project management, ideally in an international environment.
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high affinity for numbers and data.
- You have proven implementation skills in strategic and operational projects.
- You are characterized by excellent communication and presentation skills, leadership and teamwork skills and have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
