The Project Manager reports to a Program Manager. Works closely with Directors and Subject Matter Experts, designers, developers and quality to ensure flawless project execution, efficient resource allocation, project financial sanity and client satisfaction. He/She supports grows project delivery discipline and helps to develop processes, documentation, standardization and tools. He/She is a key player on building high-energy, multi-disciplinary teams. You will: 

  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery: concepting, development, execution, trafficking, and evaluation.

  • Ensure the entire team understands the project tools and workflows (Smartsheet, Figma).

  • Facilitate clear communication between creatives, strategists, production, and account teams.

  • Identify blockers early, propose solutions, and keep the project moving forward.

  • Maintain a big-picture view of integrated campaigns, ensuring all components align within the ecosystem.

  • Support teams across North America and LATAM, navigating fast-paced, high-visibility projects.

  • Act as internal POC for assigned projects, including set-up and running of meetings, recording and distributing actions, flagging and communicating risks 

  • Lead small to medium-sized projects with budgets likely under $500K and with teams of 10 or fewer, with direction from Associate Program Director or above 

  • Collaborate to ensure the work stays on brief, client needs and feedback are understood and addressed, and the work delivered is of high quality 

  • Communicate day-to-day with clients on project intake, status, and updates and facilitate conversations for clarity of feedback/setting of expectations 

  • Work through dependencies and decisions required with internal teams and third parties • Identify and act on organic account growth opportunities in partnership with Client Services 

  • Perform analysis and report on project health, attend finance meetings to inform account health (Metrics include: Remaining forecast, forecast to completion, burn (actuals) to date, % project progress, % budget utilized)

  • Facilitate (when appropriate) in project retrospective and sunsetting process 

  • Act as a beacon of best practice within the account and discipline 

  • Mentor emerging talent and provide career development aligned with CM expectations

  • Be an active and visible presence in the office and online, shares at Town Halls, All Hands, Snack N Learns 

  • Actively and visibly champion the work and team 

  • Participate in global Project Delivery initiatives and bring forward ideas on how to improve processes and build community within the discipline

You have: 

  • Experience in digital agencies / creative agencies / marketing environments, ideally on large or global accounts.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a variety of digital project types; site builds, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, micro-sites, and maintenance
  • Background working on integrated campaigns (digital, CRM, social, retail, mass media).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English skills, comfortable working with international teams.
  • Ability to stay self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinking to understand the full ecosystem of a campaign and how each team contributes.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and project needs.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet and Figma (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Resource management within the Solution Delivery team including balancing priorities, timelines, mix and casting while understanding and supporting the objectives and motivations of everydiscipline. 
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders and work on large-scale digital projects, including but not limited to implementing processes to ensure high-quality deliverables for our client
  • Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Deeply understand the main forms of digital and traditional marketing and how they differ 
  • Understand the ways media lives in projects, with a mastery level understanding of media types (paid, owned, earned + audio, video, social, etc.) and the ability to manage medium to large sized projects with a media component
  • Mastery level knowledge of collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence, Teams 
  • Mastery in completing tasks in office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, Keynote, and PowerPoint at a project and portfolio level 
  • Mastery in completing tasks with project management tools such as Tenrox, Smartsheet, and Halo/Abacus at a project and portfolio leve
  • Superb verbal and written communicator (Advanced English)
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills 
  • Excellent organization and time management skills 
  • Adaptable and flexible
