  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements and ensuring clarity across all teams

  • Track and report on project metrics, maintaining clear visibility into progress, blockers, and outcomes for leadership

  • Drive process improvements to migration workflows, documentation, and cross-team collaboration

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with internal partners at all levels

  • Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, status reports, post-mortems, and lessons learned

What You Will Bring to the Position:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or software product companies

  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders

  • Experience with product launches, migrations, or platform transitions in a software environment

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and how engineering, product, and go-to-market teams collaborate

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without direct authority

  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet)

  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company at a similar stage (mature, mid-market to enterprise)

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies

  • Background working on customer-facing initiatives or understanding customer impact

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification

  • Experience with change management principles and practices

  • Technical background or ability to understand technical concepts quickly

What You Can Expect From DTN:

  • Competitive Salary

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Flexible working hours

  • Remote work model (position dependent)
