Job Description

• Demonstrate strong leadership in cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Influence and guide stakeholders toward shared goals, even without direct authority.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive decision-making by facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and aligning diverse perspectives.
• Champion change management initiatives and help teams adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing clear updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Exhibit emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Business Analysis Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to improve business operations and systems.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements.
• Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Track project progress and report status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 20+ years of experience in business analysis and project management.
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP, CBAP, or similar certifications are a plus.
