The opportunity

How you'll make an impact

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver electrification projects involving multiple business units. Manage resources, schedules, and budgets.

• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Identify and mitigate risks to achieve project goals.

• Monitor project budgets and finances.

• Provide regular project status updates to management.

Your background

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, preferably electrical power or a related field.

• Experience in project management within the energy industry.

• PMP certification preferred, but will also be provided by the company.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
