Senior Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Energy team in either of the following offices: Tampa, FL; Peachtree Corners, GA; The Woodlands, TX: Denver, CO. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of project management experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will help lead project management activities like project scoping/budgeting for proposals, building schedules, tracking hours/budget/schedule adherence, communication with clients, issues resolution, deliverable submittals and project closeout, while establishing strong relationships with clients, internal teams and management/stakeholders. Design projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to project management. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter and can move quickly and efficiently through the stages of a project.

Experience and Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

• 10+ years of project management experience (preferably in A/E/C consulting environment)

• PE or RA licensure is preferred; PMP or similar certification is a plus

• Experience mentoring and training employees

• Experience with relevant software such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, etc.

• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work

• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Additional Information
 

Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Senior Project Manager with a salary range of $117,400.00 - $189,500.00 .
