Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Job Description:
Roles & responsibilities:
- Lead the effective and efficient delivery of complex cross-functional projects that span our products.
- Implement agile project management processes for engineering teams.
- Manage objectives and influence teams (within and outside PMO) with or without direct authority.
- Collaborate with the engineering managers to leverage team insights and influence stakeholder engagements.
- Interact with product management, platform, operations, and engineering teams to define and deliver complex projects.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Responsible for playing Scrum Master role.
- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of Software development experience with 6+ years of hands-on Program/Project management experience
- Strong Foothold in managing large scale software projects, preferably from product-based companies.
- Ability to integrate Dev Ops, technical architecture, Development, Quality assurance and product management teams and resolve barriers to outcome(s)Cross Cultural competency
- Strong exposure to Agile based development, PMP/ PMI -ACP certified preferred
