As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key player in planning and executing initiatives to improve workstreams for the Midstates region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within strict deadlines and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence. In this role, through project management, data analysis, and strategic communication, you will support multiple departments including Agent Experience, Marketing, and Sales Management to drive impact for our customers and help them grow their businesses. 

Please note: this role is 100% in-office in our Nashville, TN office (3990 Hillsboro Pike).

At Compass You Will:

  • Lead and manage regional operations projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors (as needed) for seamless execution of projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or risks and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including agents, operations staff, and executive leadership, to ensure project alignment and transparency.
  • Implement and oversee processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously drive innovation within the organization.


What We're Looking For:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree and 3-5 years experience in project management, experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong organizational, planning and project management skills with the ability to manage several simultaneous projects with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, fluid environment
  • Entrepreneurial, agile, and efficient working style
  • Analytical, highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner; solution-oriented mindset and work approach
  • Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and demonstrated experience independently managing conflict or difficult interpersonal situations
  • Excellent communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Highly proficient and comfortable working with spreadsheets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with others
  • Highly organized, reliable and detail-oriented
