Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all stages of pre-engineered metal building projects, from initial design to final delivery. This includes managing the project lifecycle, which encompasses design, permitting, pre-construction, engineering, manufacturing, and shipping. You'll use project management software to track key performance indicators and make informed decisions. Building strong relationships with global clients is essential, achieved through effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration. Key skills include strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to navigate complex internal structures, and a strategic approach to decision-making. Additionally, you'll need to effectively manage change orders and foster collaboration between various internal departments

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Associate or 2-year technical degree
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- 2 years of pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years of PEMB experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
